Overall, my goal is to create a community-driven website that is the premier resource for Japanese female entrepreneurs to embark on their new journeys, and a place to champion the stories of female entrepreneurs.
Research Goal
The ultimate goal of this research is to identify lessons, policies, and strategies from the female entrepreneurial experience in Silicon Valley that can be applied in the Japanese context.
By conducting thorough investigation into the current Japanese entrepreneurial environment, assessing the top lessons learned in Silicon Valley, discovering the best resources for Japanese female entrepreneurs, and determining what strategies can be implemented in Japan, I am convinced that this research will lead to real-world applications for Japan.
